Tilo was fascinated by family history from an early age: ever since he was shown a strange old document when he was still in primary school, he was hooked. As a young adult, Tilo started his own research but there was one thread he couldn’t make sense of.

This is the tale of Tilo's journey across Europe, following the breadcrumbs that ultimately lead him to Trieste, and helped him fill in the gaps that connected him all the way to Argentina and Brazil.
