Founded in 1917 to boost Britain’s agricultural workforce during wartime, the Women’s Land Army dissolved after the First World War and reformed at the outbreak of the Second World War. Are there land girls in your family tree? We’ll showcase the records you need to find out and the amazing stories they can reveal.
