The session is suitable for all abilities, whether you’re new to exercise or have previous experience with yoga and pilates.
With lots of variety and options so that you can challenge your muscles safely, Sarah-Jane will teach some simple yoga flows to improve flexibility and balance, combined with fundamental Pilates exercises to improve core strength and muscle tone.
The class will begin with a gentle warm up and breathing exercise and will end with a short breathing relaxation.
For this session you will need:
Non slip yoga/exercise mat
Yoga block (not essential)
Small flat cushion
