Meet Sarah-Jane, your guide through this series of eight short exercise sessions designed to help you move, stretch, and strengthen your body with ease. With over 13 years of experience teaching a blend of Pilates and Yoga, Sarah-Jane brings together some of her favourite movements and stretches from both practices to create these energising sessions.

Each video features five focused exercises, ranging from gentle stretches for relaxation to mobility and strength routines that target different areas of the body. They’re ideal for fitting into a busy day and for supporting everyday movement, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

To take part, you’ll need:

  • An exercise mat

  • A pillow (optional for comfort)

  • A prop such as a yoga block or a large book (for some exercises)

  • A blanket (for relaxation stretches)
