Saag Paneer and Chilli Paneer
Saag Paneer:
250g baby spinach, washed
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp ground coriander
100g paneer cut into cubes
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
Chilli Paneer:
200g paneer
1 tbsp chickpea flour
1⁄2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1⁄2 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 teaspoon coriander powder
