Rejecting traditional historical and mythological themes, artists like Monet, Degas, and Renoir turned to modern life—bustling city streets, leisure scenes, and fleeting moments in nature. This talk explores how Impressionist painters captured the world around them with fresh eyes, redefining what was considered worthy of art.
