Throughout the week, you’ll explore a wide variety of traditional and contemporary embroidery stitches. Each day will focus on a new set of techniques, building your knowledge and confidence as you create your own unique stitched sampler – a lasting reference and a celebration of your creativity.

You’ll learn when and how to use different stitches, as well as how to adapt them for striking effects. By the end of the course, you’ll have a growing collection of stitched samples and the skills to embellish clothing, artworks, and textiles with your own personal flair.

Recordings will also be compiled and made available as part of our Recorded course listings by the end of the week, with access available until the end of September 2025.
