These days, more than ever, we are often looking for ways to calm our minds, and doodling or colouring shapes are perfect options to achieve that goal.
A mandala is a geometric configuration of symbols that can serve to facilitate a meditative state, and is used for that purpose in a variety of Eastern religions. 
The Sanskrit word mandala literally means "circle", and we’ll be using a set of compasses to create intricate circular patterns to colour in. Once you have mastered the process, the practice can calm the mind and spark creativity and focus.
All you need to actively participate is a set of compasses and a sharp pencil to get started, and then coloured pens or pencils to finish your work in your own time. 

If you don’t have compasses, don’t worry overly: you can actually achieve something acceptable with a piece of cardboard and a decent pin – and you probably have those available.
A document listing the necessary materials and instructions to revisit the class afterwards will be attached to your confirmation email after you have registered. I recommend printing only "printable set of circles.pdf" as a fallback option during the workshop.

You can either sit back and watch the demonstration or craft-along. If you do intend to craft-along, please ensure you have all of your materials ready to go.
