This class is designed to help you gently improve flexibility, mobility, and overall fitness. Sarah-Jane has carefully crafted these sessions to support your progress, encouraging you to challenge yourself a little more each time. You can repeat the workout as often as you like, but she recommends practicing at least once a week. Every two weeks, a new flow will be introduced, offering fresh movements to explore.

This class is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their mobility and muscle tone through gentle, supported exercise. While most of the session takes place seated, there may be some standing postures using the chair for added stability. Alternative options will always be provided for those who prefer to remain seated.

Inspired by yoga and Pilates, the class focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Each session begins and ends with breathwork and relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced.
