Welcome to Sarah-Jane’s bi-weekly flow! These sessions are designed to help you gradually improve your flexibility and fitness in a gentle, sustainable way.

Each workout has been carefully crafted to build your strength and mobility over time. As you revisit the same flow, Sarah-Jane encourages you to challenge yourself a little more each time. You can repeat the session as often as you like, but she recommends practicing at least once a week. Every two weeks, a fresh flow will be introduced with new movements to explore.

This class is suitable for all levels—whether you’re new to exercise or have experience with yoga and Pilates. With a variety of options to safely challenge your muscles, Sarah-Jane will guide you through simple yoga flows to enhance flexibility and balance, along with foundational Pilates exercises to strengthen your core and improve muscle tone.

Each session begins with a gentle warm-up and breathing exercise and concludes with a short relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and centred.
