Canada’s three smallest provinces are grouped together as the Maritime provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. Even though they are distinctly different even today, their desire to merge into a single British province led to the creation of the Union of Canada in 1867. Expect gorgeous landscapes and a healthy portion of history!
