Getting on Board: Changing the face of trusteeship

Getting on Board exists to make charity trusteeship more accessible, effective and inclusive by raising awareness of trusteeship, particularly within under-represented communities, and by helping trustees to have impact. Our training for and about trustees is introductory and covers a broad range of topics of interest to aspiring and serving trustees.

How do we make a difference?
Through inclusive networks, training, campaigns, events and information. We introduce thousands of people to trusteeship, we support and empower thousands of people to serve as effective trustees and we help thousands of charities to recruit trustees inclusively.
