The WI has an outstanding reputation for supporting members’ during times of change and uncertainty; the positive, motivational, and inspirational ways in which members support one-another, both within their WIs and with fellow members across the country is inspiring and empowering.  In recognition and support of this, the WI Learning Hub is proud to offer members access to the Me, Myself & WI programme between 13th May and 17th May.

Join us this week, to access a range of courses and content, that will help explore practical strategies for incorporating self-care into daily routines and highlight its significance for overall well-being.

If you knew the harm that stress did to your body, would you consider your health in a whole other way?

Sometimes it’s hard for us busy women to admit that we’re feeling tired, wired or overwhelmed. It can be even harder to accept that we’re feeling like this more often, than we’d like.

But what’s the answer? Could it be as simple as nutrition and stress management?

What do we mean by mood and why is having a healthy mood important? How do we experience the world around us particularly when we’re stressed?

Come along and join the lovely Felicia as she explores this subject and educates us about how being mindful of our nutrition can make all the difference.
