The WI has an outstanding reputation for supporting members’ during times of change and uncertainty; the positive, motivational, and inspirational ways in which members support one-another, both within their WIs and with fellow members across the country is inspiring and empowering.  In recognition and support of this, the WI Learning Hub is proud to offer members access to the Me, Myself & WI programme between 13th May and 17th May.  

Join us this week, to access a range of courses and content, that will help explore practical strategies for incorporating self-care into daily routines and highlight its significance for overall well-being.

What is Ikigai? This is a Japanese concept that helps you find your sense of purpose and aligning your passions with your talents and professional and personal life.

This workshop is about finding clarity in the mess, finding focus in a life so full of different activities that you feel compelled or obliged to do, or that have turned into a habit rather than being meaningful. For many of us, it can be hard to figure out what to do first, what to do next, and each day feels as if you have not achieved anything, or you are exhausted from being busy all the time.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to find a way to figure out what you REALLY care about most? What you REALLY need to do? What REALLY has meaning?
